It must be comforting to feel that nothing is perfect and nothing is that bad. Moderation is good. However to feel definite about a view provides one with a certain sense of comfort as well as power. Having said that, keeping an open mind is probably the best option. G
Being that I have never been to Chili, I will not give an opinion. But if you are getting your underwear ironed it definitely has its advantages. Having disclosed my limited exposure to various places in the world, I have been a citizen of the US for three-quarters of a century. Yes my circle of life has been somewhat limited but as an observer within that existence, I do have a couple of thoughts: Perhaps when the US was being established there had to be a certain sense of coming together-a hope or a feeling of being united. Maybe it was more of a challenge. One could question at various times whether or not that was even sometimes achieved. We are still striving. We are definitely continuing to struggle. As you know, I have become quite frustrated with our politics, our socio economic issues as well as a lack of progress in many areas. However we must keep trying. If we do that it will help to unite us. G
Did you have to sleep under the Serena stars? I'm assuming that the hotel arrangements got straightened out within the 5 day period You haven't mentioned if you found someone to hang with. Understanding that you are traveling within a group is there someone to keep you from going off by yourself? I don't think that it is necessary to concern yourself with what you missed. After all the entire trip is a new experience and everything is an adventure. Just enjoy. G

I'm taking Art, Culture, History and Literature, basically. Don't worry, I won't have too much fun. I think I learned my lesson. We are talking about maybe doing a campaign on city environmental stewardship because that is something that Vina needs more of. Also you guys don't have to keep commenting on the same post, if you look there should be a comment button below the more recent posts.
